Voice recording is a very powerful tool for information security issues, it will help to investigate security incidents as well as to collect evidence base. This function can be also used for assessing the quality of work for call-centers.
What sound can be recorded by StaffCop?
- Sound from embedded and connected microphones
- Sound from speakers
- Voice communications in applications (Skype, SIP, Zoom, etc.)
You can choose applications in which sound will be recorded to study the required recording afterwards. For example, we need to get list of voice communications in Skype to study them. We can listen to the records in the admin panel or download them in the required file format.
